Zach Carpenter is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Clubhouse Manager at The Club at Carlton Woods since November 2021. Previously, Zach held positions as General Manager at CRU Food & Wine Bar, and as Opening Team AGM at Sorriso Italian Restaurant and Como Social Club, before being laid off due to Covid. Earlier roles include Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, where significant experience was gained in managing large teams and city-wide event planning. Zach also served in various capacities at Hotel ZaZa, including Director of Outlet Operations and Director of Food and Beverage. Other notable experiences include working as an English Language Assistant in Madrid and in multiple roles at Hotel ZaZa, ranging from Night Manager to Front Desk Agent. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from The University of Houston and a degree in Spanish from Universidad de Granada.
