Dan McLaughlin

Dan McLaughlin serves as the Product Delivery Lead at The Collecting Group since January 2025, where responsibilities include aligning business needs with product strategy and ensuring effective technical execution. Previously, Dan worked as a UX Designer for Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting from January 2022 to January 2025, and spent over 15 years at Aviva in various roles, including Senior UX Designer and Business Demand Manager, where Dan contributed significantly to numerous strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives. Dan’s career began at Norwich Union Direct, leading a web development team and progressing through customer support and coaching roles. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & American Literature from the University of Kent.
