Maggie Pang-Lombardo has extensive experience in client services and customer support, currently serving as a Client Services Representative at The Collective since October 2017. Responsibilities include placing furniture orders, preparing delivery and installation paperwork, tracking project statuses, and processing changes and warranty issues. Prior to this role, Maggie held the position of Customer Service Representative at Spec Furniture Inc. from May 2011 to September 2017, where skills in interpreting CAD drawings and providing timely quotes were honed. Maggie's career began at Roto-Form, where various administrative roles were undertaken from February 1996 to July 2005, providing comprehensive support to engineering and management teams while maintaining document control systems. Educational qualifications include a General Business degree from Mohawk College and a high school diploma from NACI.
