Monique Parsley

Monique Parsley is a seasoned project management professional with certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, and UiRPA. Currently serving as the Director of Delivery Assurance - Technology at The College Board since November 2021, Monique partners with product and tech leadership to enhance BigFuture Student's portfolio and streamline delivery processes. Monique's prior experience includes roles such as Senior Scrum Master at the National Student Clearinghouse and The College Board, where Monique facilitated Agile transformations and implemented process improvements. Earlier roles at Peraton, Capital One, and SofterWare, Inc. involved leading Agile delivery initiatives, developing product strategies, and managing software updates. Monique holds an MBA in Information Technology from Keller Graduate School of Management, an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
