Dara Lashley

Dara Lashley is a Reporting Associate at The Colony Group. Dara previously worked as a Case Manager at Caring Voice Coalition, Inc. from November 2014 to February 2018. In this role, they assisted patients with chronic illnesses with financial assistance for copays or health insurance premiums. Dara also inspected and corrected candidate’s grant and financial-support requests for inaccuracies and insufficiencies and forward final applications for processing. Additionally, they reviewed and documented calls and cases for quality control to ensure that employees are staying within the organization and OIG regulations and protocols.

During their time at Caring Voice Coalition, Inc., Dara made several accomplishments. Dara assisted other departments by creating spreadsheets to track and record referral-progress data. Dara was also selected by management to update the New Hire Training Manual for the Premium Department. In addition, they trained and monitored new hires and Oriented member of leadership of the job within the premium department. For their work, they received Employee of the Quarter within the first 6 months of hire.

Dara Lashley has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master's degree in Education from George Mason University.
