Lauren Ledger

As a Senior Wealth Advisor at The Colony Group, Lauren Ledger provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management to a diverse group of new and long-term clients. She takes pride in having a deep understanding of her clients’ goals and supporting them with high level service and thoughtful strategies appropriate for their individual and often- complex, financial situation.

Lauren served as a Senior Financial Advisor at Cooper Lapman Financial before the company merged with The Colony Group in early 2023. Lauren began her career as a Relationship Manager at Independence Investments, LLC in 2001.

Lauren earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Boston University, graduating with high honors, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business honor society. Lauren is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.

Lauren has worked with various non-profits in the US and China. She co-founded and later served as Board President for Arlington EATS, a 501c3 organization working to eliminate food insecurity; she was awarded a Massachusetts Unsung Heroine Award for her work in the community.
