Michele Charno is the Manager of Private Strategies Operations at The Colony Group. Michele has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry.

Michele began their career at UBS in 1991 as an Executive Director. Michele worked there for 18 years before moving to Financial Tracking Technologies, LLC in 2012, where they served as Director of Operations for one year. Michele joined The Colony Group in 2013 and has been helping clients reach their financial goals ever since.

Michele Charno has a MBA in Finance from Fairfield University and a BS in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Salve Regina University.
