Julia Heard

Julia Heard serves as the Interior Design Program Coordinator and Adjunct Professor at the Community College of Baltimore County since August 2020. With a strong background in interior design and fitness, Julia operates Dwell Well Design, a residential interior design firm focused on sustainable practices. Teaching experience includes various courses at Morgan State University, Montgomery College, and Anne Arundel Community College. Julia has played a significant role as a Board Member for the Maryland Coalition of Interior Designers and formerly as a Student Liaison for the International Interior Design Association. Julia's educational credentials include a B.S. in Interior Design from Morgan State University and a BBA in Marketing and International Business from Baylor University.
