Tameika Scott

Tameika Scott is an experienced professional in employee relations and equity, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations & Equity at the Community College of Baltimore County since January 2017. Tameika's career includes roles such as Interim Director of Employee Relations & Equity, lead Employee Relations Business Partner, and Administrator in the same department. Tameika also holds a faculty position in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University and previously worked as an Android Development Fellow at Google, focusing on fostering equitable technology careers. As the founder of Employee of Choice, Inc. and TN2 Consulting, Tameika has emphasized workplace advocacy and HR consulting.
