Ines Ashton serves as the Digital and AI Strategy Director (CTO) at The Compleat Food Group since January 2025. Previously, Ines held various roles at Mars from January 2019 to June 2024, including Director of Advance Analytics and Digital Transformation and Head of Advance Analytics & Enterprise Planning. Ines's prior experience includes positions at Harte Hanks as Head of Analytics and Lead Analyst, along with a role as Senior Customer Analyst at News International. Ines began a career as a Business Analyst at Capital One and gained initial experience as an intern in the Europe Division of the United Nations. Ines holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a Master of Mathematics in Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick. Furthermore, Ines completed the International Baccalaureate at Vienna International School.
