Michelle McDermott is an experienced professional in the life sciences and drug delivery industry, currently serving as the Owner of MCD Group LLC since April 2005, which specializes in life science industry reports and consulting services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms. As Senior Director of the Life Science Practice at Valeo Partners since February 2010, Michelle leads various technology and business development projects. In addition, as a Consultant and Senior Advisor for The Conference Forum since April 2011, Michelle oversees the content development for the Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD) event. Previously, Michelle held the role of Director of Business Development at Chantilly BioPharma and managed drug delivery initiatives at Technology Catalysts. Michelle holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Radford University.
