Cyndi McDurmott has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Cyndi started their career in 1994 as the Director of Human Resources at Systems Consulting Group. Cyndi then moved on to ORS Nasco in 1998, where they served as the Human Resource Director until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as the Human Resource Manager at Thomson Prometric. Cyndi then joined Thomson Reuters in 2005 as a Human Resource professional, before transitioning to Allen Interactions in 2006, where they held the position of Human Resource Director for almost a decade. Most recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Connection since 2015.
Cyndi McDurmott attended Robbinsdale Armstrong Senior High School from 1987 to 1989. After graduating, they went on to attend the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University from 1989 to 1993. No specific degree or field of study is provided for their college education.
