Craig attended Wake Forest University School of Law from 2011 to 2013, where they earned their Doctor of Law - JD degree with a specialization in law. Prior to that, Craig spent a year at Washington and Lee University in 2010, studying law during their first year of education. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Florida State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in History from 1994 to 1997. Craig had also attended Florida State University earlier, from 1986 to 1988, for their initial studies in History.
