In addition, Roderick holds the position of President of Football Operations at Johnny Long's Training Academy and is the Owner of 4 The D1 Dream, both roles held since May 2014. Roderick's educational background includes a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Lincoln Memorial University (2010-2012) and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (1989-1993).
