Sarah Joiner

Sarah Joiner currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Cornerstone of Recovery, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Sarah held the same role at the Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine from January 2022 to November 2024 and at Village Behavioral Health Treatment Center from September 2016 to January 2022. Additional experience includes Director of Operations and various leadership roles in admissions and intake across multiple organizations, including Omni Community Health and Youth Villages. Sarah earned a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from The University of Tennessee and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Development from Walden University.
