Prior to this, Natasha held the role of Senior DEI Advisor in Human Rights and Social Justice at RSM Canada. Natasha's background includes experience as a Research Assistant in Social Justice and Equity at York University, as well as a Litigation Associate at Collins Barrow. Natasha holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Liverpool Management School and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Society Social Justice from York University.
