After graduating from the prestigious Purdue University with a B.S. in Public Health, Casey has developed extensive experience in project planning, client relations, data analysis, and database management in a relatively short period of time. Following graduation, Casey was a Project Coordinator for the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN generating reports for the National Science Foundation. Casey subsequently assumed an Account Manager role in healthcare for Press Ganey, overseeing the client relationship with several top accounts and helping with onboarding new accounts. She is also an expert user of Salesforce, Tableau, SPSS, and R. At Crossroads Group, Casey specializes in leveraging all of these skillsets and experiences to help ensure high-quality patient survey results in reporting and actionability across all organizational stakeholders.

The Crossroads Group

Since 2003, the mission of The Crossroads Group is simply to help organizations hear and respond to the voice of the customer/stakeholder and report findings in a manner that facilitates effective follow-up action at all levels (from senior leadership to front-line staff). While specializing in the community health center, rural health clinics, health departments, and other primary care delivery organizations, the Crossroads Group also is experienced in providing services for pharmacies, specialty care centers (e.g. Nephrology), Emergency Rooms, and hospitals. The Crossroads Group is also experienced working with health plans and health plan surveys and has provided services in other industries such as education, residency programs, and banking and has implemented several custom surveys to assess special programs or grant-funded projects.
