Cynthia Bagwell

Cynthia Bagwell is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in design and editorial roles. Currently serving as an Assistant News Editor at The Dallas Morning News since 1995, Cynthia collaborates with reporters, editors, and photographers to produce various news sections while adhering to nightly deadlines. Prior to this, Cynthia worked as a Layout Editor for the Los Angeles Times, where duties included coordinating the production of the Metro section for multiple editions. Earlier experience includes layout editing at the Dallas Times Herald and Montgomery Advertiser, contributing to daily and Sunday newspaper production. Cynthia holds an ABJ in Journalism from The University of Georgia, where studies were completed between 1979 and 1981.
