Dr. Dwayne Dyce

Dr. Dwayne Dyce is an experienced educator currently serving as a Middle School Math teacher and House Advisor at The Dalton School since September 2021, where responsibilities include collaboration on instructional activities and leading the Cultural Exploration - All About Us Club. Dr. Dyce is also the Founder and CEO of Education Solutions International since August 2021, providing innovative training and support in education. Additionally, Dr. Dyce has published a book titled "To Sing Again" and has served as an Instructional Assistant at the Summer Principals Academy at Teachers College, Columbia University. Previous roles include Chairman of the Jamaica Diaspora Task Force Education Taskforce, Lead Teacher at Eagle Academy PCS, and an Instructional Leader for the School District of Hillsborough County. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Education from St. Thomas University, alongside various degrees and certifications in educational leadership from esteemed institutions such as Teachers College, Columbia University, and MIT.
