Luis A. Despaigne has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served in various roles with the New York Police Department (NYPD) and The Dalton School. From 2000 to 2015, they held positions including Deputy Inspector, Captain, Lieutenant, and Sergeant within the NYPD, where they managed staff, supervised investigations, and ensured compliance with procedures and directives.
