We are a nonprofit created in order to carry on the legacy of Dave Fons' commitment to truck safety through advocacy and education. 

Our mission is to accomplish the following:

1. Provide resources and support to survivors and families affected by truck-related accidents

2. Work towards promoting greater truck safety through advocacy, professional education, and raising awareness of the risks that trucks may pose on roadways

3. Promote construction-related education through the Dave Fons Memorial Fund Scholarship
