Arame M. is currently serving as a Talent Partner at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Arame held multiple positions at Stanford Career Education from August 2019 to October 2022, including Assistant Dean and Associate Director of Career Catalysts, Student-Athlete Liaison, and Assistant Director for Career Communities with a focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Arame also contributed as Co-Chair of the International Student Services Committee for the National Career Development Association between October 2020 and October 2022. Previous experience includes roles at Columbia University Center for Career Education, Manhattanville College, and New York Presbyterian Hospital, where Arame focused on career counseling and mental health. Arame holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Manhattanville University.
