Nicole Baker

Nicole Baker is an experienced Senior Test Analyst currently working at the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole held senior testing positions at the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and the Department of Education, Skills and Employment. With a rich consulting background at AccessHQ and various senior test analyst roles at organizations such as ACCC and the Australian Electoral Commission, Nicole has developed a strong expertise in software testing. Earlier in the career, Nicole worked as a Software Designer V at Micro Focus and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as in software engineering roles at HP and TOWER Software. Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Canberra between 1992 and 1996.
