Executive Officer To First Assistant Secretary - Technology Assessment And Access Division at Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care

Zoe Winters currently serves as the Executive Officer to the First Assistant Secretary of the Technology Assessment and Access Division at the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Zoe accumulated considerable experience at Synergy Group from February 2020 to October 2024, advancing from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager. Additional relevant experience includes roles as Adviser at the National Indigenous Australians Agency and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, focusing on Indigenous affairs and employment policy. Earlier positions include Aspirations and Engagement Officer at the ACT Government and management of the Mindyigari Centre at Erindale College, alongside volunteer experience at St John's Care. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Australian Indigenous Studies from the University of Canberra and a Year 12 Certificate from Radford College.
