Dayanna Holness is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation analytics. Currently serving as Associate Director of Total Rewards at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since January 2021, Dayanna has previously held key roles including Senior Associate in Analytics & Compensation and Associate in Total Rewards at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Manager of National Total Rewards at PwC. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Compensation Analyst at Credit Suisse, Senior Data Analyst at The Nielsen Company, and HR Associate at Deloitte.
