Janice Washington

Janice Washington is an experienced professional in talent development and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Director of People Development Programs at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since November 2023. Previously, Janice held leadership roles at Moody's Corporation, including AVP of Learning & Leadership Development, where responsibilities included designing leadership programs and executing enterprise-wide talent strategies. With a robust background at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Janice managed service training and communications initiatives, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and employee growth. Early career experiences at Citi Smith Barney and Rent-A-PC provided Janice with a strong foundation in customer service and team development. Janice holds a BA in Sociology from Wells College and various certifications, including Certified Lumina Practitioner and Certified Executive Coach.
