Jenine Jaquez

Jenine Jaquez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as organizational development. Currently serving as Associate Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Associate Director of Organizational Development at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since December 2021, Jenine previously held various roles at The Conference Board from October 2010 to December 2021, culminating in the position of Associate Director of Executive Programs, Councils. In this role, Jenine developed long-term strategies for the councils department, enhancing customer engagement, particularly in areas such as Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management. Prior to that, Jenine coordinated the New Student Orientation program at St. John's University, advancing from Coordinator of Student Development to Assistant Director of Student Development. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education/Mathematics from St. John's University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
