Jesse Parroco

Jesse Parroco, MBA, CRISC, CSE, serves as an Information Security Risk Analyst at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), focusing on risk management and continuous improvement of GRC issues since July 2021. Previously, at Deutsche Bank, Jesse excelled as a Risk Manager, overseeing operational risk in multi-vendor projects, ensuring compliance with disaster recovery and ITIL protocols, and managing the launch of a new eDiscovery archiving site. Earlier experience includes roles at Citi as a Technical Operations Lead, where global IT operations were managed, and at Charles Schwab, where the MS Exchange email environment was supervised. Jesse holds an MBA in Information Systems from Bentley University and a BA in Computer Science from New York University.
