Kandy Hricik

Kandy Hricik is an experienced professional in operational and enterprise risk management, currently serving as Director of Operational Risk Management at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since January 2022. Previously, Kandy held various senior roles at KeyBank including SVP, Director of Enterprise & Operational Risk Management, as well as roles focused on risk program management and reporting. Kandy's experience also includes positions at Plante & Moran, PLLC, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where responsibilities encompassed consulting on risk management and coordinating enterprise risk programs. An MBA graduate from the Weatherhead School of Management, Kandy's expertise is complemented by a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Kent State University.
