Neil Bates serves as the SEO Team Lead at The Digital Maze since January 2024, managing a team of four specialists and enhancing SEO strategy for diverse clients in various industries. Prior experience includes roles as an SEO Manager and SEO & Content Executive at Frasers Group, where responsibilities spanned SEO strategy, content development, and performance analysis for an eCommerce website with significant organic traffic. Neil's career began with a Media and Digital Marketing Apprenticeship at Derbyshire County Cricket Club, from which skills in digital marketing and social media management were developed. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from City St George’s, University of London, along with additional qualifications in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
