Bruce Frey currently serves as the Chief Product & People Officer at The Digital Stronghold, responsible for overseeing product operations and the people functions across its brands, including Taylor Stitch, Tie Bar, and Boston Scally. In addition, Bruce holds the position of Executive General Manager at Taylor Stitch, leading cross-functional teams for the premium menswear brand. Previously, Bruce held multiple leadership roles at Gap Inc., including Vice President of Inventory for Banana Republic Factory Stores and Senior Director positions for Old Navy and Gap US Adult, where key achievements included significant business growth and strategic operational leadership. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.

We believe each brand and the products within those brands are unique and should stay that way. We don’t want to control the brand, messaging or product. We want to exist quietly in the background helping our brands build the best experience possible for their customers to strengthen the genuine bond between a community of customers and the brand. We believe in sustainable and responsible growth. Brands who try to grow too fast generally lose a connection with their customers and lose focus on the importance of building great product.
