Daniela Lopez is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Pig and Khao since March 2022, Daniela has also held key positions such as Line Cook Entremetier at Ai Fiori, where the restaurant garnered three stars from The New York Times and Michelin Star accolades. Additional roles include Tournant Cook at The Dinex Group, Line Cook at The Mark Jean Georges, and cook positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and The Peninsula Hotels. Daniela’s early career includes a leadership role as Vice President at Cultura, promoting cultural relations at Enderun Colleges. A graduate of Enderun Colleges with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, Daniela excels in various culinary techniques and international cuisines.
