Ellen Crowe, PhD, is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in market research, particularly within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and financial services sectors. As a Senior Research Analyst at Directions Research, Inc. since May 2021, Ellen focuses on delivering story-driven insights through custom market research projects. Previous roles include Associate Director at Adelphi Research Global, where Ellen designed and provided insights for pharmaceutical clients, and Director of Customer Experience Design and Insights at KTNS, leading teams in research and design for customer experience. Earlier positions at TNS involved directing research management for financial services and managing stakeholder relationships. Ellen's career began at Verizon, focusing on customer satisfaction research, and earlier at Consumers Union, where Ellen contributed to product satisfaction studies.
