Prior to Directions Research, Heather served as Research Manager at Catalina Marketing Research Solutions and held a market research position at Gateway from 1995 to 2003. Heather holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Math & Economics from the University of South Dakota, completing studies between 1992 and 2006.
