Kelly Paparella

Kelly Paparella is a seasoned professional in financial stability and community support programs, currently serving as the Director of Financial Stability Programs at Community Partnership of the Ozarks since November 2022 and a Lead at Discovery Center of Springfield since June 2022. Previously, Kelly held multiple roles at Diaper Bank of the Ozarks from April 2017 to December 2021, including Assistant Executive Director and Program Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing regional distribution services and creating impactful financial plans, resulting in the distribution of 90,000 to 100,000 diapers monthly across 98 agencies. Additionally, Kelly worked as a Supported Employment Specialist at Burrell Behavioral Health from June 2009 to December 2017. Kelly holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Baker College of Flint, earned between 2010 and 2014.
