Meghan Devlin has work experience in various roles and industries. Meghan began their career in 2006 as a Special Events Manager at The Spotted Pig. Meghan then transitioned to being an Owner of their own company called "'town" from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Discovery School as a Lead Teacher. Currently, Meghan is serving as the Co Managing Director of Admissions at The Discovery School, a position they have held since 2019.
Meghan Devlin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed between 1998 and 2002. In 2004 and 2005, they attended The French Culinary Institute where they earned a Grand Diplome in Classic Culinary Arts. At an unknown starting year, Meghan then pursued further education in the field of Education at the University of North Florida, which they completed in 2013. Lastly, they attended the Seton Montessori Institute and School until 2015, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.

Discovery is a diverse and inclusive independent day school that educates students aged 18 months to 12 years in a unique program blending the Montessori curriculum with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program framework. Discovery's mission is “We open our minds and hearts so we can discover the knowledge and ideals to build a better world." Discovery was founded in 1990 and is a qualified tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS tax code. Discovery is accredited by the Florida Council of Independent Schools, the Florida Kindergarten Association, the American Montessori Society, and is an International Baccalaureate World School.
