Aaron Zimmerman is an experienced Operations Manager and Head Preparator at The Drawing Center, where responsibilities include building management and overseeing various facilities operations while managing an art handling crew to install and care for artworks by renowned artists. With a freelance art handling career spanning over 26 years in the NYC area, Aaron has worked in prestigious homes and collaborated with celebrated collectors and celebrities. Previous roles include Head Preparator at PPOW Gallery, Crew Chief at Crozier Fine Arts, and Adjunct Professor at Katherine Gibbs School. Aaron holds an MFA in Fine Art from the School of Visual Arts and a BFA from Columbus College of Art & Design.
