Rachael Payton

Rachael Payton is an experienced communications and marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Communications and Marketing at Dream.Org since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of Campaign Communications Assistant for the Campaign to Re-Elect State Rep. Justin J. Pearson and worked at ROKK Solutions as Account Director and Senior Account Executive from December 2020 to August 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Media Relations Supervisor - Crisis at BCW Global, Account Executive at Red Banyan, and Assistant Account Executive at Gabriel Marketing Group. Rachael began her career as an Account Coordinator at Wallace & Company Advertising. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Old Dominion University, completed in December 2014.
