The Communications and Development team at The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation is responsible for promoting and expanding the Award's presence globally. This includes developing strategic communication initiatives, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, planning and executing events, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The team aims to increase awareness and participation in the Award, particularly among at-risk and marginalized youth, in alignment with the Foundation's growth and accessibility goals.
