Our zone serves as a pivotal land bridge terminal for cross-border GCC transit trucking services, offering a broad spectrum of flexible cargo handling and storage solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We provide facility utilization through two distinct options: sole occupancy dedicated warehouse space packages for exclusive use, and a pay-as-you-use shared multi-user option. Our leased dedicated warehouse spaces are ideal for bonded cargo storage and offer value-added services (VAS) such as Arabic labelling, ensuring our clients' utmost convenience and efficiency.
