Barbara Gartland

Barbara Gartland's work experience includes being the Director of Human Resources at The Echo Group from 2001 to present. In this role, they were responsible for establishing a new benefit structure, saving over $100,000 annually while improving benefits, and successfully integrating with three new acquisitions. Barbara is also skilled in interviewing. Prior to this, Barbara worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Granite State College starting in 1999. From 1988 to 2001, they were the Director of Human Resources at Northern New Hampshire Mental Health, where they were a member of the Senior Management Team and responsible for developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures. Before that, Barbara was the Assistant Sales Director and Assistant to the National Sales Director at Yankee Publishing from 1986 to 1988.

Barbara Gartland earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and Business Administration from Springfield College in 1989. Barbara then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Services Administration from Springfield College, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.
