Yaa Offei-Addo

Yaa Offei-Addo currently serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator and previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at The Economist since June 2022. Prior to this role, Yaa gained experience as an Office Assistant at Mott MacDonald in August 2019, where responsibilities included recording minutes in important team meetings and organizing files. A position as a Field Marketing Representative at KRE8TIVE LTD in February 2019 involved liaising with sales officers and engaging with potential customers. Yaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Essex, completed in September 2021, and graduated from Archbishop Tenison's CoE Sixth Form with A Levels in Psychology, English Literature, and History. Early education includes GCSEs from Harris Academy Purley.
