Mariel Rudick is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at The Emily Program since September 2021. Mariel began their career in various support and therapy roles, starting as an Administrative Assistant at Kraus-Anderson Insurance in June 2016, and has also worked as an Eating Disorder Technician and Behavior Therapist. Mariel holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
