Charles Pak has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Charles then moved to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where they worked as an Associate from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2006, Charles was a partner and founding member of the Los Angeles Corporate Practice Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where they handled various M&A transactions and financing transactions. In 2008, they joined Reed Smith LLP as a Partner. From 2010 to 2012, Charles served as a Senior Advisor and Counsel at Goode Consumer Advisors LLC. Since 2013, they have been with Ergobaby, where they hold the position of Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing the Legal, Regulatory Compliance, and Human Resources Departments.
Charles Pak has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from New York University School of Law. Their undergraduate education was completed at the University of Pennsylvania, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude.
