Sergio Morelos has extensive work experience in operations and logistics. Sergio began their career in 2006 as a Shipping Manager at Easylife Furniture, where they were responsible for handling daily deliveries and coordinating with store managers and office managers. In 2008, they worked as a Shipping Coordinator at The Sofa Company. From 2009 to 2013, they served as a Logistics Supervisor at Bugaboo, overseeing logistics operations. In 2013, they joined NECA as a Warehouse/Logistics Manager before transitioning to Ergobaby, where they held various roles including Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and currently Associate Director of Operations.

Sergio Morelos, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Global Supply Chain Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management with a focus on Human Resources from DeVry University between 2008 and 2012.

In terms of their undergraduate education, Sergio attended California State University, Long Beach from 2002 to 2008, although specific details regarding their degree or field of study are not available.

Alongside their formal education, Sergio Morelos has obtained additional certifications to further improve their professional capabilities. In 2018, they obtained Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) certification from APICS. More recently, in 2020, they acquired Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Southern California.
