Prior to this role, Rich founded Major Key Ltd, a commercial consultancy for high-profile entertainment clients. With experience as Chief Strategy Officer at See Tickets and Managing Director at Ingresso Group, Rich has a strong background in the entertainment and ticketing industry. Rich also held positions at companies like Bill Kenwright Ltd and Ten Lifestyle Management, demonstrating their expertise in marketing, sales, and business development. Rich holds a 2:1 degree in Drama from the University of Hull.
