Marco Stemer

Marco Stemer is a highly experienced aerospace professional currently serving as the Launch Systems Senior Project Manager at The Exploration Company since July 2024, focusing on the management and technical oversight of launch systems and future projects. Prior to this role, Marco held various leadership positions at Isar Aerospace from March 2018 to June 2024, including Vice President and Head of the Launch Vehicle Department, where responsibilities included launch vehicle design, integration, and flight safety for the "Spectrum" Orbital Launch Vehicle. Marco began their career at Isar Aerospace as a Development Engineer and system architect for the same vehicle. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from the Technical University of Munich.
