Exploratorium
Rachel was named head of school at the Khan Lab School in 2018. Rachel most recently worked at Phillips Academy (Andover), where she spent five years as the school's dean of policy and strategic planning. Rachel has also held administrative leadership positions at San Francisco University High School and The Latin School of Chicago and worked in admissions and financial aid at Harvard College. Prior to her career in education, Rachel spent time as a commercial real estate attorney with Kirkland & Ellis, and as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Rachel holds a JD from Harvard Law School, where she was on the Harvard Law Review, and a BA from Harvard-Radcliffe College. Rachel has served on the boards of the Katherine Delmar Burke School, San Francisco University High School, and Fessenden School in Massachusetts.
