Earlier career highlights include enhancing financial operations at EZ Texting as CFO and serving as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where Janice successfully managed high-stakes financings and client relationships. McNair's foundational experience includes an Associate position at J.P. Morgan, focusing on asset-backed securitization and fintech. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance and Economics from Boston College.
