Minakshi Gutgutia, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in financial management and leadership. Currently serving as a Founding Member of The F Suite, an exclusive CFO peer community, Minakshi previously held the position of VP of Finance at CruxOCM, where significant advancements in financial systems integration and budget development were achieved. Prior roles include VP of Finance and Senior Director of Finance at Zinier, where successful transitions of operations and improvements in accounting processes were implemented, and Director of Finance at Selligent Marketing Cloud, involved in M&A due diligence and strategic financial planning. Minakshi's career also features substantial contributions to Emergent Technology, Shippo, and various accounting firms, complemented by an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University and a Chartered Accountancy qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
